If you`re looking for simplicity, this is your app. Easily log your CrossFit workout of the day (WOD), keep track of your records, and seamlessly share your accomplishments on Facebook. myWOD gives you the ability to log your Max Weight achievements, as well as pull daily WODs directly from CrossFit.com. If that isn`t enough, you can also create your own custom WODs and save them for future use.

All of this with a search function that makes tracking workouts a breeze and the ability to back up your WOD and Max Weight data makes myWOD THE app for logging your CrossFit workouts.

✮You asked for it so we added it. Now My WODs contains a search feature to track specific workouts with ease.

✮Added ability to add new Max Weight movements. These movements can also be backed up to your computer just like your WODs.

BACK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
1)Create a folder on your Desktop and name it "myWOD Backups"
2)Connect device to iTunes.
3)Once device is connected and summary screen is displayed click "Apps" at top of iTunes screen.
4)Scroll down on this page until you see "File Sharing"
5)Scroll to myWOD in the list of apps that have file sharing enabled.
6)Select the file "DataFile.plist" and click "save to"
7)Save file to the myWOD folder you created on your desktop.

If you ever need to use the back up file just click "Add" under file sharing and select the file you backed up and replace the existing file on your device. Feel free to email with questions : )

Great app

Best WOD app!


Great app and very easy to use. Customer service was right there to answer a question, too. Look no further - this is the best Crossfit app and developer.

Update TABATA timer


I love everything about the app except that the TABATA timer does not have an option for breaks in between tabatas. This prevented me from being able to use it, and an update to add that feature would be great. Thanks!!
